More than a decade ago, RMC’s co‐founders walked away from mega‐sized engineering companies to build a collegial atmosphere where enthusiastic and creative people focus on high quality and interesting projects. Hands‐on professionals, they built RMC with a flat organizational structure where company principals take active roles in serving clients and developing the best possible solutions to complex water‐related issues.
