RMC’s understanding of the funding process has helped agencies obtain more than $850 million in grants and loans for project development and implementation through programs such as Proposition 50, Chapter 8; U.S. Bureau of Reclamation Title XVI; California Clean Water State Revolving Fund; and others.

Over the past 14 years, RMC has helped California’s public agencies attain $850 million in grants and loans to fund water resources, recycled water, wastewater, flood and stormwater, and watershed management projects.
